Born on the 25th of November, 1968 Jillian Noel Hennessy is a energetic Canadian performer and actress who has been praised by her outstanding contributions for American television. She's famous for her outstanding performances on the American TV series Law & Order where she impressed viewers for three seasons playing prosecutor Claire Kincaid and Crossing Jordan when she played the lead character Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Her acting talents were evident in the movies RoboCop 3 Most Wanted as well as Chutney Popcorn (an independent film) and The Acting Class. In these films, she demonstrated her writing and co-directing abilities. Hennessy started her acting career with her twin sister as twin call-girls on Dead Ringers in 1988. In the year 1990, she made an appearance in a short stint on Broadway on Broadway as Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. She then moved into sci-fi and played Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. In the same year, she became assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. She mesmerized audiences in this role for three seasons prior to her departure in the year 1996. Parker is a part of films and TV shows, including RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on the Side The West Wing Angels in America in which she was awarded a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award for the Best Supporting Actress. Parker has also been awarded the Tony Award in 2001 for Best Actress, for her performance as Proof on Broadway.
