Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was conceived into a musical family, 9 August 1993, in Newark New Jersey. Whitney is the daughter and cousin to the singing sensation Dionne. She began singing in the choir of her church The New Hope Baptist Church in Newark in the early years of her childhood and by the age of 15 was singing backing vocals professionally with their mother in Chaka Khans 1978 hit Im Every Woman. In the following years, she was a background vocals for Jermaine Jackson and Lou Rawls and even her mother. She started as a featured vocalist for the The New York-based New York Funk band Material. The quality of her vocal work attracted attention from the major label Arista which she joined in 1983. Whitney Houston, her debut album that debuted in 1985 was the most-sold album by an unproven singer. It featured a number of hits including How Will I know You're Good to Me, Saving All My Love For you and The Greatest Love of All. It allowed her to achieve seven US chart-topping songs in succession, a feat that was more than the Beatles. Album was sold out in US 3,000,000 copies and then reached 25,000,000 copies world-wide. The album earned her the first in her 6 Grammy Awards. The album that followed it in 1987 Whitney which included the hits Where Do Broken Hearts Go and I Wanna Dance With Somebody built on her success but it was the 1992 film The Bodyguard (1992) that established her as one of the best-selling artists in history. While her movie performance and soundtrack was not popular, her Dolly Parton cover I Will Always Love You as well as The Bodyguard album that accompanied it topped charts around the globe for several months. The daughter of her mother Bobbi is born March of 1993, a year after she wed Bobby Brown. At this point, her documented addiction to drugs began. By 1996, the singer used to use drugs every day.
Dana Bash, also known by the name Dana Ruth Schwartz, is an American anchorwoman and journalist who serves as a political correspondent at CNN. Her weekend programs are Evans & Novak Late Edition, Inside Politics and Inside Politics. Bash is the recipient of numerous awards and honors. Elle magazine once listed her on its Women in Washington Power List. Known to possess incredible anchoring/reporting capabilities, she's adored by many young journalists in the industry. She is also a loving father to her son despite being a graduate of George Washington University. The couple has had two marriages and is now single. Bash, a woman who loves to be independent and strong she is extremely devoted to her admirers.
